On the way home we stopped by Tyson and Danielle's to eat some delicious Cafe Rio and hang out with them a while. Cade is so stinkin cute and is getting so big! They played so good together.

Lincoln's first flight

Me and Linc have had one fun-filled week! Originally Mike, Linc, and I were all going to go to St George as a family to go have some fun down there. Then, of course, Mike got called out on a job during is "week-off," which isn't too bad right now because they've been super slow at the shop. So, we were bummed, but then decided Linc and I would just go down ourselves and have Daddy meet up with us later. The day before we were supposed to leave there came a HUGE snow storm. But lucky us, Grandpa Goodman got us tickets to just fly down instead, and have Mike drive the car down later. And so here we are!

We got here Wed evening. It was Linc's first time flying. He sure was a trooper. The first flight from RS to SLC, he didn't sleep at all. I was really suprised! But he did pretty good for a 15 month old. Everyone else just asked for earplugs before we took off so it wasn't too bad:) He was actually better stuck on my lap for over an hour than he is in church! Good boy! The flight to St G, he fell asleep before the plane even took off; it was wonderful!

We've had fun just hanging out here at Grandma and Grandpa Goodman's. I got a lot of shopping done that I needed! I'm so so so excited that I finally found the bedsets I want for the kid's room! Wahoo!! Now I just need to organize the house, which will take forever, and get painting. Oh and by the way the boys moved out so I can get started on the room, yea!!

Poor Mike was still home when another huge blizzard came through Western Wyo. He did eventually make it out when the roads finally opened Sat afternoon and made it to St George that night. It has been wonderful to have him here with us, I've loved every minute! We got to listen to conference Sunday together, go to the park, visit with friends, and just hang out and play and Mike got to lay out in the beautiful sunshine. (Me and my big bootie are not going out in a bathing suit this season!) Its been nice to get to relax and be lazy for a bit.

Oh and one more thing for now..... We have FINALLy decided on a name (middle name to come) and our so excited!! Her name is Sequoia:)

And the tantrums begin!!

Wow life is sure busy all the time! I never take the time to sit down and write about it. We had a lot of fun last weekend. Mike, Linc and I all went down to UT last Friday and got to hang out with Annie and Morgan and their boys. We went to some parks and played, ate some delicious Cafe Rio, and just lounged around their house doing nothing; it was a nice break. I just am silly that I didn't take any pics the whole time we were there, I totally spaced it. But it was a lot of fun, and Linc had a lot of fun playing with his Daddy at the park. It was fun for all of us to be together, which is rare.

Saturday night we went a Seminar with the Crowther's in Orem. Yeah, its not fun to be in a conference room full of people listening to a speaker with a 14 month old that is still up past his bed time. I was going absolutely crazy! I felt like I was in church! And I was tired and grumpy too by the end of the night, so hopefully next time we can make it a date, just me and Mikey:) We ended up going home that night. We made it in town about 2am. So tired! We went to church and hung out together that evening, then me and Linc headed back to UT for another trip.

I had an apt at 11am on Monday. I left in just perfect timing to be able to drop him off with Tenille's Jon and head to the apt. Oh no! I'm not sure if he was car sick or what, but he puked ALL OVER! It was nasty! That is the most I've ever seen him puke. And it wasn't cute baby spit-up. It was adult nasty smelling stuff. I had to pull over for like 25 min and clean as much and him and I could. Poor little man. At least he slept the rest of the way! Jon was so sweet to come pick Linc up at the Dr office instead (like 20 min away). It was just the 4D targeted ultrasound this time, but it still is fun to see the baby in a different form. I'm getting so excited to have a GIRL!

Lincoln had so much fun with Jon! Even when I showed up he just kind of ignored me and kept going about his business playing. I loved being outside! I wish we had a fenced in back yard he could roam around in. He went and just layed down on his lap here in the pic and was so content.

Hey Mom! Jon was just great with him. He is going to be such a great Daddy with this new little one on the way. Oh and by the way, they are having a BOY! I'm so excited for them!

Me, Tenille, Kim and Linc all went shopping after my apt. It was fun to hang out with my sisters. I'm just sad Anna had to work and couldn't come along too. We went to target and I couldn't help but buy a darling little outfit for the new baby. Its her first one. I love little baby girl clothes! When we got back my car was perfectly clean inside and out! Jon is such a sweetie! He cleaned, vaccumed, everything! And put a lot of freshener in it; I was so excited!

We stayed at my parents house that night and then went shopping the next day with Grandma (she took the day off work because we were in town) It was fun to hang out with her too. We picked out the cutest material she is going to make for the baby's crib quilt. I'm getting so excited to decorate the room and get it all ready, I'm just still waiting for these boys to head over to Brandons so I can have the room back!;)

We went and visited with Nana and Papa that evening and tried to hurry to go see the twins play their soccer game, but didn't make it in time, darn! So after that we decided to head home. I would so much rather drive at night, Linc sleeps so well. It was a fun little trip, but we were so happy to go home and spend some time with Daddy. He hasn't been on a job since he's been on call last week. I've absolutely loved having him around! I could get used to this:)

So I was just doing the dishes and must have really been absorbed in them, because I turned around after a while and found this. I think he is sitting on the tiny pieces of paper towel he ripped up. My little mischievious man! Its time to buy a big trash can with a heavy lid.

I worked the past Thur, Fri, and Sat grave shift and am ready for the next few days to take a break and get my house ready to paint. It snowed a bunch this morning, so other than taking Shilayna to RS for a little trip, its been so nice to be at home and relax in this awful weather. Its funny, I'm not much of an outside person, but the older Linc gets, the more I'm getting excited for some warm weather so we can go play at some parks.

Speaking of Linc, man he has started this AWESOME temper tantrum thing. I'm not a fan. I need to figure out some fun things for us to do to keep him occupied. But even at night he just wakes up screaming and we've had to go in quite a few times and rock him. I'm hoping he's teething, not that thats fun for him, but I just hope this isn't a new thing, Grumpy Lincoln. He is getting like 5 new teeth all inbetween the ones he has right now. I feel bad for the little guy. I'll just keep having to stalk up on the wonderful invention of Tylenol.

Mike gave Linc a bath one night and got this video. It is so stinkin cute! I had never heard this laugh before, I loved it!!!

Congratulations Kim and Steve! We are so excited for you guys with the new little baby! We can't wait to see you in a couple weeks!!!

Sick Linc

Congratulations Dan and Annica!! They are getting married May 23rd. I'm so excited to get a darling new sister!!!:)

(And that wasn't even how to spell her name! I'm going to be an awesome sister-in-law! Sorry!;-)

Our poor little man got sick again. Geesh, he's been getting sick a lot. We put him to bed Thursday night after he was acting so tired and quiet. About an hour later he woke and just started screaming. Mike went in and rocked him back to sleep, then he woke up again screaming a while later. We checked his temp and it was 101. To make it short, I ended up waking up with him 4 times througout the night. Fri all day he was so tired and just laid around the house with his blankie. By the time we were ready to put him to bed, his temp was 103.1. I was going to take him in the next morning, but all the sudden he woke up wonderful, no fever, just as happy as can be. What a relief.

He looked like that pretty much all day Friday. I know its sad when he is sick, but man he is so calm and sweet.

So, Mikey got home that Thursday night. He actually flew into Seattle the night before and stayed at Ty and Rachel's house, and then flew into SL. I'm so glad it worked out that way and they got to hang out. Me and Mikey took turns watching Linc Friday. I had to call in to work, but Mike came home early and let me go in and finish the rest of my shift. I was so grateful. We just hung out this weekend and watched some movies and just lounged around, it was nice. He left early this morning on a job to the southern end of Colorado. I'm hoping he'll be home by Thurs so we can go to UT this weekend! We'll see...

Wednesday me and Linc got to play with Jaylee. Me and her mom work together and are also in the same ward at church. It was fun to have her around for the day. We got to go to the library and go out to lunch with Toni, Grant and a friend of hers.

YEAH!!! Linc finally started drinking from a sippy cup. He absolutely refused until today. Jaylee had one and he decided he needed one too. Worked out great. The bottle and the sippy are pretty much the same to me, but whatever.

And Linc had so much fun pushing her little baby doll around. It was cute. I hope he'll be good with a real little baby around.

I was about to leave for a big day of shopping at Walmart Sat and Mike decided to take some pics of me. 22 weeks, man oh man!! I looked like this a few weeks before I popped Linc out! This little girl is huge! Every few days I can tell a big difference. Although I'd rather be big and fat than sick, so its alright. I'm just super tired a lot. But all in all, I really enjoy being pregnant:)
