My wonderful friend Shelley got us out of the house on a very hot day to come check out the monster trucks in town. It was worth it. The kids had so much fun checking out the truck and getting to take a peek inside and meet a cool monster truck driver:) And it was the first day they met AJ and Allie.
She loves her baby sister so much.
Awesome birthday gifts from Grandma Phister! Pretty hair clips, a beautiful heart-shaped locket (my favorite kind of necklace when I was young!), and her first jewelry box. Thanks Grandma!!

They both took swimming lessons at the "bra pool" down the street. They had a great time. Still can't swim on their own, but making progress! If Mom would take them swimming more often I'm sure they'd get it down.

We all got together for some yummy food and fun fireworks. It was a blast! One of the benefits of everyone all living so close.
