Oh man I love these kids!!! (and I love you too sweetie!)

Hi Daddy! We miss you so!

Wow time flies! I don't even remember what we've been doing its been so long! I've been busy with kids 24/7 while Mike has been working just about 24/7 as well. He's been on so many jobs and at the shop till way late. Poor guy, but he is very good at his stressful job. We are proud of you. And I've actually been super happy being home with the kiddos so much. This one day thing is wonderful at work! Of course you know I'm usually a stress ball, but I'm getting much better:) (My family probably wouldn't agree, but I am!) I think Mike and I are just trading personalities:)

The kids and I went to Utah last weekend for Tyrel's Eagle Ct of Honor. We are proud of him, good job Ty! I went to Ty's soccer game while I was there and Mike just all the sudden showed up! He wasn't planning on coming because he was on a job, but he surprised us! For not sleeping for 24 hours and coming he is a pretty cool guy. I was so happy to see you sweetie! And thanks for my Mother's Day gift! He got me some pajamas and "pajama jeans." I had to send them back because they sent the wrong size, but I'm so excited to wear them! I hate wearing jeans! If I could wear pjs everywhere I so would. These are stretchy/cottony jeans, perfect!

I took the kids to a CDC Discovery Day. Linc had a blast! There were SO many people everywhere and way stressful, but he loved it.

We are watching Koban for a week! Tenille is bringing him Monday and we get to have him till Sunday. They came out here a couple weeks ago so Kob could hang out with us and kind of get to know the place. He is so stinkin cute and we are super excited to have him!

Tenille went in the toy room to check on Linc. When she walked in he was on the changing table, looked at her and said, "No Daddy...no Daddy." (I am Daddy) The little stinker got into the bag balm and smeared it on the wall.

Such a happy girl. Head strong for sure, but happy:)

This crazy boy

Can't wait to see you soon Mikey Mike; I'll give the kiddos a big night time smooch for you!!

Some random vidoes...

He could only say one, two, one, two... before Dad left. Are you so happy Daddy???

The intro to Toy Story 2, Linc's obsession. But this is his fav part.

Just for you Daddy:)

She would not do a darn thing for me tonight! Of course when the camera was away she did. So this is all you get, at least she's so stinkin cute it doesn't matter what she does, right?:)

Terrible Twos, Bring It On!

Yeah I'll telling ya what man, having a 2 yr old in the house is awesome! This little guy is crazy! But at least he's so stinkin cute that it makes it all ok:)
Loving this age...

No justice to this picture! What a shiner! Sunday morning she had a big bang with the toy chest (common to hear a bang and "wwaaahhh") This is a good one. Please don't take our children away!

She loves to climb stairs! She is our monkey!

This kid is making me laugh lately. Of course he's obsessed with Toy Story, but this day he insisted on his boots (which are a fav at the moment) and pranced around for a while in just a diaper and "Anny" aka Andy (on the bottom of the boot)

Love those cheekies sissy!

New fav word: "Buzz, buzz, buzz...."

Love them both!

I had to get a pic! I had the two babies laying down and feeding them real quick, so Linc grabbed his milk and layed right down with them all on his own. So cute.

Mike is on a job that should just be overnight, so I have some time to write just a bit. Mike and I went to Wendover just a couple weeks ago. What a blast! It was so wonderful to get to spend some time with just me and my sweetie for a weekend. Friday at lunch we were on the phone and both at work and were just kind of joking about going to Wendover (like 5 hours away!) for the night and then all the sudden, we were doing it! We got off work bout 4 and were packed and on the road. We dropped the little ones off at Grandma's (thanks thanks thanks!!!) and made it by 11ish. We ended up staying 2 nights. Mike said, "We can do whatever you want to do, anything you want..." Anything?? So I took a long wonderful nap and read my Nic Sparks! What a minivaca!! We are so grateful to Mom and Dad for making it happen, thanks so much!

Last weekend was fun too. I'll tellin ya what, I swear our kids are sick all the time! Quoi had a high fever a couple weeks ago, and then again last week. I took her in to the Dr once it hit 103.5 (with tylenol) and they did a urine culture via catheter. Not fun for little girl! She screamed, I held her down, Linc screamed because I was holding her down and she was screaming. So fun! (I'm getting a babysitter next time I need to take her in!!) Anyways, the next night Linc got a fever up to 104.4. I figured it was viral but they called Monday and said yes she has a UTI, so I don't know what Linc had but oh well. Anways, boring but that's whats goin on with us!
Oh and Da da da da.... Anna is getting married!! June 25th. How exciting! And we really like Corey so we are just thrilled. He talks just as much as Mike does:) aka, hardly. But we still love ya! So Anna in June and Tenille in August. Fun Summer!

This is awesome and this video just doesn't do it justice. I came home from work tonight and Quoi was crawling around like Mogli on JB; crawling on her hands and feet. What a goon! I really wanted you to see Mikey! I'll try to get a better one later.

Happy Easter Conference!

Its so nice to have all the babies sleeping all at once so I can sit down and write a bit (watching Nara too). We have had a fun couple of weeks! The weekend before last Mike was planning on leaving for a job, so me and the kids packed up and spent a day and a half at Gma & Gpa Phister's. It was fun to see everyone and get to play. We got to see Koban and play with him a bit. He is such a cutie and getting so big! And speaking of Koban, I'm so excited Tenille and Jon are getting married in August!! Yeah! We also got to go on a walk Sunday afternoon before we left. That was pretty nice to get out with everyone and be together. Linc loved the ducks! Of course as we were leaving to come back home, Mike was just leaving for his job. Bummer! But at least it was fun to hang out with the fam.

So right after I was getting Sequoia into her carseat so we could go to the Dr, I walked into the kitchen and see rice all over. I didn't have time to clean it up so we left. We pulled in the driveway, I took a sleeping baby out of her carseat and upstairs. I walk back downstairs and see this...

...a whole box of Cocoa Puffs dumped out all over. Lincoln!!!

I took Quoi to the Dr for her 9 month check up. She is one tiny little girl:)
Weight: 16lb 10oz (5%)
Height: 26in (10%)
Head:17in
She is doing great! Although this past week she spiked a fever for about 3 days, it got up to 103.5. She had no other symptoms, so teething??? The joys of the baby world!! She did get a weird rash after the fever went away. Weird. Oh well, what do ya do!? But anyways, the kids are doing great! It is so fun to hear new words come out of Lincoln's mouth! Good job buddy!

Quoia, Linc and Xander, a cute little one I've been watching a bit lately. Linc is actually super good with "babies" in the house. It makes me happy!

So yes I've had my camera forever but I'm just learning some new features it has. My fried had a cute pic of her kids in black and white with one color in it. I loved it and wished mine could do it to. Well, after going home and playing with it, lo and behold! It does. So be prepared for lots more!

Quoia just eating some yummy food being a good girl.

For Easter Annie and Morgan made it over and we got to spend some time with them and the boys. We had fun eating yummy home-made Cafe Rio style food all day long, pizza, and lots of junk food! We listened to as much of General Conference as we could with kiddos running all over the place. My favorite part of the whole weekend was Mikey and Morgan put up a fence on the side of the house to close it off, yah!!! (I have big plans for the yard this summer, lets just hope we get to them!) I was so happy! Thank you boys. It was nice to sit and chat with Annie and just relax. Although I was on-call all weekend and had to go in twice, but besides that, it was a great weekend. And I just love conference! It makes me so happy and so motivated to go out and be NICE, esp to the little ones. Good times:)

The boys having a blast with their Easter Egg Hunt.

Cute little Damon

Lincoln with his beloved Easter eggs. Seriously this boy plays with them year round.

Mike should be leaving on a job tomorrow or Friday, we'll miss him! But it seriously has been so much fun to have him around. I don't know what I'd do with my Monopoly Deal partner:) We are starting to have a semi-normal life now. And as soon as they hire the students at work, I get to officially go down to one day a week, I super excited!

Mommy and Quoi had some fun while the others slept...

Mommy and Quoi time

Can't flip it, arg!

She is starting to love her binky more and more. I love binky babies!!

This is why she never has bows in any pictures of her!

Lesson learned...

I learned 2 things today:

Number 1, Know where this little man is at all times...

His little potty was full of yummy toilet water. At least he knows what goes in a potty.

Yeah p.s... as soon as this shot was taken, Bottoms Up!! Linc drank it! (I'm still laughing)

Number 2, Do not, I repeat, Do not turn the vacuum on (or even let her see it for that matter) with Quoi in the same household.

I seriously hadn't even turned it on yet and this is what I had. It took her a quite a while to calm down from this one. We definitely have some sensies!

Days without Daddy... (another side note, Linc said Dad-ee today, granted I'm still Dad-ee and Mike is Mom-ee but progress none the less!)

Sick boy, food storage, binky, work, cowboy, and bruises:)

That's right my little lady, these are our kind of shows:) I went to Blockbuster and bought a bunch of kids movies I'd been wanting to eventually get anyway for $1.25 each! I was trying so hard not to freak out in front of strangers, seriously. But of course I had to get 27 Dresses, a must have in a girl's collection.

My sweet boy. Secretly I love it when he's sick because he's so sweet and we can cuddle all day long.

As usual its been some busy weeks so slow to update. Lincoln was sick a couple weeks ago. I had worked a grave shift and came home to Mikey looking super tired telling me he'd been up all night with Linc puking. He had done probably 3 loads of laundry, maybe more, throughout the night. Awesome. So Mike let me sleep for a bit then went in to work after noon. He was sick for 5 days laying on the couch sleeping or watching his shows. When he stood up, he'd just go right back to the floor. But when is it news when Linc pukes? Luckily for us (not for her!) Kim came out to stay with us for the weekend. She was coming out for a date with a guy I know, and ended up helping us. She was a lifesaver, thanks Kimi!!

Quoi was just starting to feel better from teething (which have still not come out, ah!!) so it was nice to have a sweet little girl while Linc was awake for about 2 hrs of each day. So really I can't complain too much about it. It was such a relaxing (besides all the scrubbing of the carpet and laundry) time for us with him not feeling good. By the 6th day he didn't take a nap at all (only 2nd time ever for him) so he definitely didn't have the Mono that is going around. After having to call in 3 times, I was kind of excited to go back to work.

About the work issue, I have been working quite a bit lately. I'm the only one available to be the "fill-in" person so its been kind of crazy. And everytime I end up working more I'm super grouchy with everyone around and stressed so I'm hoping it will end soon. I'm hoping I can just move to one day a week, if not I'll just be a Mommy full-time. We'll see. I'm still loving both worlds right now:)

So I'm not into your traditional food storage of grinding the wheat and storing a whole bunch of yuck food I'm not even going to eat. I'm not even sure if I were starving I'd eat just anything. So we decided to use our tax $ on food storage. Its called Daily Living. Mike's parents bought some and told us about it. Its just a bunch of yummy food of different varieties. It feeds a family of 5 for 6 months and lasts up to 25 years. Its such a relief to have it and its so much easier to store; I love it! Now we just need water...

Oh man! I'll tell you what. This little girl is FEARLESS! She is everywhere in a split second. She hates to get her bum changed or get dressed because she has to be still. She is always on the go and climbing up anything questionable. I swear she has bruises all over her head daily. She thinks she can do anything and Bang! Right on her head. She'll stop and cry for a few seconds, then jump right back on. I love this little one so much! Almost everytime I pick her up from the babysitter she tells me about another accident and explains a new bruise.

But she is also so sweet. She's pretty content on doing her thing and just plays. She's super quiet most of the time and is pretty happy as long as she's on the floor. I don't hold her much because she'll just jump out of my arms. She is learning so fast too. When I say "Hi" she waves at me (Linc didn't learn that till about 15 months!) She drops something and says "Uh oh!" every time. She loves books, anything up high, and can walk along with stuff. My children are so different, I love it!

Lincoln just had his second session with the Speech Therapist today. Everything that they tested him at while at the CDC was great except speech. She's coming to the house every 2 weeks now to observe him and teach us some things we can do with him. When they came the first time they said he is right now in between a 12 to 18 month old for speech. We'll keep working at it. I was so happy! Last week he said, "Mom-ee" for the first time!!! Wahoo! Yep he's almost 26 months. It was so fun! Mike and I counted 28 words we could think of that he says. He is teaching us lots of signs from his Baby Einstein and its actually helped him say the word better if he signs along with it. He such a cute kid, man!

Lincoln is also totally a Daddy's boy! When Mike comes home he just freaks out and is so happy to see him. He wants to hang out with him and show him everything. And when Mike puts him to bed he wants him to sleep with him all the time. I love how cute they are together. Its been so nice that Mike has been home more often and can play with him. Mike is on a job right now. First one in a couple weeks and he shouldn't even be gone too long. Maybe just a couple days. Its been wonderful! We still don't see him all the time, but I'll live:) He plays volleyball 2 nights a week, soccer at the rec center just ended, but he is helping coach the high school soccer team keepers again this year. So when he's in town he's going to be helping out there as well. As long as Mikey's happy I'm happy! And of course that involves soccer:)

Oh yeah, and just a bit of info. I was finally ready. I cut Linc's binky last night. He was so put out. His voice was so emotional last night looking at it saying, "Uh oh! Uh oh!" It was sweet. He cried for maybe just 20 seconds when I left the room and was fine. What's awesome is the next morning when he got up, he had a different binky in his mouth. He had one stashed in his bed. Little stinker! So I hid that one and only gave him the cut one. He wont even put it in his mouth. He went to bed only with a cup of water tonight so we'll see how it works. We are hoping his communication will be better without it. But I still hate taking something away from him that he loves so much.

I bought him a potty (along with the whole entire store!) tonight. We'll see how he does with that. I haven't decided when I want to really start doing it. We are going to let him check it out first and see what he thinks. One thing at a time.

Totally twins! These two are looking more and more alike every day!

Inara came over the play last night. These 3 are so stinkin cute together! This is why Quoi has so many bumps and bruises. She just thinks she's so big and can do anything her big brother can.

Our mini Woody. Thanks to Grandma P he's a cute little cowboy and loves it! (Does Daddy??:)

He has worn these boots everywhere lately. He is always looking at the bottom just like Woody does.

They even have A-N-D-Y on the bottom. How cute!

So in this video it was the first time I've said "hello" to Lincoln and he's actually said it back to me. Cool! And I got Quoi to wave in this one too.

Quoia walkin around with her toy being a big girl.

DON'T MIND THE ANNOYING VOICE IN THE BACKGROUND, JUST A MOMMY:)

Finally A Haircut!

I finally did. I still absolutely loved his long hair, but it was getting to be in his eyes he was brushing it away. We'll do it again if he is willing!:) But the new hair is awesome too. He is just all around!

Bundled for the weather:)

Daddy time!!

Just wakin up from nap time.

Quoi can pull herself up, yah!!

Love ya Daddy and hope all is well on the job, see ya soon!
